The day of Grandpas funeral was supposed to pour rain, Dad prayed that it would hold off until later. As soon as we started walking away from his grave sight the rain started, and rained the rest of the day. Thanks grandpa for looking out for us! His service was so beautiful. Each child gave a quick talk, then Elder Ballard and Elder Nelson of the quorum of the 12 each spoke. As they wheeled grandpa off a maori choir sang and we all gave grandpa his traditional double handed wave. Goodbyes are never easy, but I know this is not forever.
