Zoey 2 months

It's hard to believe our little Zoey Faye is already 2 months old!! She is already starting to show that spunky red head personality! She is a pro at smiling- when she wants to haha and just started to giggle but you have to work for it! She holds her head up really well and loves standing up but also laying down flat on her back! She is an amazing night sleeper (averaging about 9 hours!🙏🏼) she can get kind of cranky but if you hold her just right she can be happy as can be! We love you little miss!

My amazing sister took some pictures of her while we were in town!  I cant get over this sweet baby girl!

Zoey's Baby Blessing (8.25.17)

We decided to bless Zoey while we were in town, so both our families could be there!  We did the same with Jenson's baby blessing, and as much as we wish we could have our ward family there as well this is what worked out best.  We had it in Inkom this time, so my whole family came up after work and school on Friday (and ended up staying over night with my aunt so we could play the next day up on the farm!) This was also the first time my family was meeting Zoey (except for my mom).  We love having both our families together, and super thankful they also enjoy being around each other!  We took some pictures and then Matt gave a beautiful blessing to Zoey.  The circle was filled with all of our dads, brothers, uncles, and great grandpa Mckee. What a blessing it is to be surrounded by such supporting and loving family!

Zoey cried through the majority of her blessing, and all the pictures- and fell asleep as soon as we were done- true to her red head attitude!

 ^^ 4 generations ^^

Jenson was happy for about the first 2 family pictures then he wouldn't have it anymore.. so yes he was there even if we don't have the picture evidence ;) haha

My mom helped me pull together a quick table decoration for dinner- bright and cheerful just like our little Zoey!

It was a perfect day celebrating our perfect little girl!

Zoey Faye Hunt
Blessing by her Father
8/25/17

Our Father in Heaven in the name of Jesus Christ and by the power of the Melchizedek Priesthood, which we hold, we take this infant in our arms and give her a name and a blessing.  The name that she will be known by throughout her life and upon the records of the Church, is Zoey Faye Hunt.  Zoey, we bless you at this time that you will be able to continue to grow and develop as our Heavenly Father has designed.  We bless you with the ability to bring joy and hope to others.  We bless you that you will be able to have a sweet sprit about you to bring others into the Gospel and to show them your unconditional love.  We bless you with the ability to bring people together.  We bless you that you will be strong in the Gospel and in your testimony. We give you a blessing that when the time comes that you will be able to meet a worthy young man and be sealed in the temple and take on those covenants and live them fully in your life.  We bless you with these things and with everything else that our Heavenly Father has in store for you, and say this in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.

6th Anniversary!

It's strange to think we have already been married 6 years!!  Babe took Jenson so I could sleep in with Zoey, when I came downstairs there was breakfast and flowers waiting for me!  I'm seriously the luckiest!!  It was a rainy day so we just hung around the house all morning.
Jenson HAS to take a bath every time Zoey does haha but they sure are cute!

We dropped Jenson off at a friends house and headed out for a early dinner at Red Rock Canyon Grill.  We had never been there before and so we decided to splurge for our anniversary.  We even had a candle lit dinner haha

My mouth is still watering at the goodness of this chocolate fudge/ caramel cake!
After dinner we picked up Jenson and headed to Scheels- a first for us all!  It was fun to walk around and see everything there.  It was also nice to get out of the rain and do something fun- but free ;) haha

And I promise Zoey was with us haha she just slept all through dinner and shopping ;)
When we got home Babe had to study for his finals so the kids and I hung out and watched some shows together before bed! It was the perfect way to spend the day with those I love most!

Happy 6 years to our happy family!!  Heres to many many more!  I sure love you babe!

Flash Back:
1st year anniversary (2012)
Babe surprised me by taking me on a trip to St. George to see Aladdin at Tuacahn!

2nd year anniversary (2013)
We spent the week traveling with family to California for Sam and Vanessa's wedding (San Diego, sea world, beach, safari zoo, etc...)

 3rd year anniversary (2014)
Babe spent the day at work and school, then brought home gorgeous yellow roses (that make our house smell sooo good!) and then we went to dinner at Red Robin as a family! After putting Jenson to bed we ate junk food and watched a movie, keeping us up way past our normal bed time. ;)

4th year anniversary (2015)
Babe had school ( I have a feeling this is how our anniversary is going to go for the next few years) ;)  After school we headed to Platt City to meet up with Sister Hunt (Babe's cousin serving in our mission)  and some of this other cousins that was driving through town.  It was so fun to catch up with cousins and even have some come and stay the night!  Another great anniversary for the books!

5th anniversary (2016)
Babe started out the day with a few classes but since it was Friday he got out early. As we were getting ready to drop Jenson off at a friends house he ran out of the bathroom and fell on something sharp that cut open his ear.  It was pretty nasty at first but we decided he didn't need stitches and he was really just crying because we wouldn't stop holding him. So thanks to amazing friends we still got to go to our movie, Jason Bourne.  After our movie we went to dinner at Olive Garden and ate way to many breadsticks! I would say it was a pretty good anniversary! Babe spoiled me like crazy taking me to the Bahamas a few months ago for our big celebration, so this was the perfect low key way to spend the day!
