Halloween fun

First up, pumpkin painting!  We like to paint our pumpkins verse carving them.  I think it's easier, less messy, and it keeps the squirrels from eating them!  We kept with the Monsters Inc theme this year for our big pumpkins then Jenson painted his, and helped Zoey with hers too!

Daddy was on Zoey duty while I started painting with Jenson!

Another halloween tradition is the Raytown Pumpkins on Parade!  This year we found pumpkins donated by our the LDS Church! We went early so we could miss the big storm rolling in that night!  We made it home just in time, before the storm hit!

Trick or treating at IKEA!  What a hit and not busy or crowded at all!  We went with some friends and Jenson was in heaven and Zoey slept the whole time!

We also went to Sar Ko Par Tails park for their "enchanted forest".  We had to cut the night short due to a HUGE blow out from our little Zoey girl! We made it on the hayride though so all was well!

Our friend threw a awesome Halloween party and I had fun making food!  My plan for the "fingers" (hot dogs) kind of blew up (literally, they like exploded during the boiling process haha)

We also decided to potty train Jenson a week before halloween.. haha more on that later!  But we promised him a glow stick party at his friends house if he could do it!  Sure enough he did and he got his party.. we just combined it with the halloween party but Jenson was convinced everyone there was at his glow stick party.  He kept telling the other kids "welcome to my glow stick party!" haha We sure are proud of that kid!
