In my Christmas Jammies!

Don't you just love Christmas traditions?  We used to get Jammies every Christmas Eve (who doesn't?!)  but now that we are all married (except Kyron of course) we don't get them, but the grandkids do.  I used to think this was lame but now with us having a baby of our own, I think it's something really special my parents do.  Even our little dude got a pair this year.. even though he obviously couldn't wear them on Christmas eve ;)

It's getting harder and harder to find sizes for all the kids that all match so this year my mom matched them by families.

We are missing our little Greysin dude since he is downstairs sleeping but look how cute these kids are!  I am sure one lucky aunt!

Utah Baby Shower

I got to go home a week earlier than Babe, which flying by myself at 34 weeks was a little scary but I did it!  My amazing mom and sisters planned a baby shower for our little dude while I was home.  As fun as the shower was, the best part was being able to see everyone I wanted to see while being home, in one morning!  It was the best!  We even got super spoiled, I can't wait for baby boy to get here and enjoy everything he got!

Thanks to everyone who came, we didn't even get pictures of half of you but we feel so extremely blessed to have you in our lives!

Maternity Pictures

Wow I have so much to catch up on... Christmas break at home for starters but for now I am going to post something that I find more entertaining, Baby boy!  While we were home my amazing sister took some maternity pictures for us.  She used my camera which she wasn't used to so they didn't really turn out as well as if she had her camera (it was my cameras fault, not hers!)  She did seem to capture some amazing ones (and these are just the ones I have seen!)  Thanks Chelsi, once again you out did yourself!

I can hardly believe our little boy will be here in less thank 3 weeks (fingers crossed!)  I still feel like I have so much to do and yet I find myself lying on the couch watching Netflix.  In all the reading I do (which lets be honest is mostly just flipping through magazines...) all the "experts" say, enjoy the down time now before the baby come, and thats just what I am going to do!

Mustache Baby Shower

Thanks to my amazing friends Lindsay and Jennae, I had the most adorable baby shower for Baby Boy!  I can't get over how cute the decorations were and how cute all the stuff he got is.  I can't wait to see our little dude in some of the outfits he was given!  Thank you for everyone that came and for spoiling me and Baby Boy for a few hours!

This was on the door ;)

Thanksgiving- just a little late!

This year was our first year alone for Thanksgiving.  We wanted to be home with our family but with a small time frame and no money, we decided to have our own!  It was our first time making a turkey, even though I am not a real turkey fan it was still amazing!  Babe went to play in our ward Turkey Bowl while I stayed home wrapped up in blankets and watched the Macy's day parade.  It was weird having the house so quiet, I am not a big fan of being alone on the holidays.

mmmm our house smelt sooo good!
We made the whole spread: jello, rolls, turkey, green bean casserole, stuffing, and mashed potatoes!  It sure was yummy!  Being pregnant during Thanksgiving is not the easiest, baby boy must have been sitting on my stomach or something because I could hardly eat anything before I was stuffed!

I sure love this boy of mine! I am so thankful that he has always been here for me.  We had a lot to be thankful for this year, but nothing makes you more thankful for family then when you are away from them.  I am thankful for making new traditions though and excited to many more!

I am also very thankful for my camera and may of had a little to much fun with my remote control! ;)
After dinner, instead of hitting all the stores we decided to go see Catching Fire!  It was sooo good but being 32 weeks pregnant and trying to make it through the 2 1/2 hour show before going to the bathroom was no easy task.  I should have just gone when I needed to so I could have enjoyed the ending of the movie more, but it was to good to leave!  If you haven't seen it you really should go check it out! I think going to a movie might become our new Thanksgiving tradition! :)
We hope you had a fabulous Thanksgiving!
